What Robe Sizes Do I Choose?
Adult Bathrobes All of our robes are OSFM (One Size Fits Most). Robes are all generously sized to fit a wide range of measurements. Waist Size is approximately 60” and about 48 – 52” in length. 100% Turkish Terry or Terry Velour Robes weigh about 3 – 3 ½ lbs, Waffle Weave robes about 1 ½ - 2 ½ lbs.
Children's BathrobesRobes are designed to be an average fit for ages 5-8 years (approximately 28” length) and 7–11 years (approximately 34” in length).

Custom Embroidery
Yes, we offer custom embroidery for logos & other custom graphics. First time setup fee is $50.00 per graphic and $3.00 per logo or custom graphic. There is no minimum, however call for special pricing on embroidery for any orders for bathrobes over 25+ qty and towels 50+ qty. Bathrobes and/or towels must be purchased in advance, and cannot be returned if embroidered. A sample will be sent to you and we will await your approval, delivery time is 7-10 days after approval of sample embroidered bathrobe or towel.

Shipping Questions and Delivery Times
We typically ship Monday – Friday same day order received or next business day. We ship UPS ground unless otherwise indicated on shipping options. If you have any special requests in regards to shipping please contact us immediately when placing your order and we will attempt to process any special requests. Back Ordered Items
Due to the overwhelming popularity of our bathrobe and towel items, a product may be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, you will promptly be notified by our Customer Service. Typically, the backordered item will ship within 3-7 days. If you have any questions about your backordered item please email us.
Change or Cancel Order
We do our best to ship all orders same day the order is received. If you would like to change or add item/s to your order, please call us at 714- 434-4916 or email sales@towelbathrobe.com immediately. We will try and accommodate your change or add items/s before the order is shipped out. If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may return your bathrobes or towels items once received, if you wish to cancel, please note our return policy.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number. Please keep the tracking number to update the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your shipment within a reasonable time, please email us with your name, contact info, order number and tracking number and the best time to reach you.

Exchange and Return Policy:
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. If you would like to return a product that is in unused condition, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or a credit within 30 days of the date of purchasing. The refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. A return refund will be made to customer in the amount of price of the product and charged taxes minus the shipping-handling fees.
To return products, send an e-mail to sales@TowelBathrobe.com including the first and last name of the purchaser, invoice number, day time phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return. Upon receiving your request, TowelBathrobe.com Returns Department will send you a reply with the return address and a TowelBathrobe Return Number"(RMA#). Upon receipt of the RMA#, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and return the package within 5 days via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. The RMA# MUST appear on the outside of all packages. Products returned without the RMA# clearly indicated will not be accepted.
